Goose Island Birding Festival

Join us at the first annual Goose Island Birding Festival on Saturday, April 20th, in Rockport, Texas! This FREE event celebrates spring migration with bird walks (including one for kids), guest speakers, informational booths, crafts, litter pickup in kayaks, and the chance to participate in The Great Texas Birding Classic!
Our Outreach Biologist Paityn Bower will present on Whooping Cranes during the festival from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
