Halloween Art and Nature Festival

Learn about cranes and how you can help protect Louisiana’s Whooping Cranes while celebrating Halloween and Louisiana’s special natural surroundings through art, music, food and science at Atelier de la Nature, a 25-acre nature reserve and eco-educational campus in Arnaudville, Louisiana.
Whooping Cranes fit right in with the event theme of Creepy Crawlers! We’ll have a demonstration to show how various water birds, including Whooping Cranes, find their favorite foods (mostly invertebrates) in wetlands.
