New Mexico artist Jana Svobodoba carves original designs and presses copper clay by hand into molds for each piece. The PMC copper clay is then fired, resulting in pure copper jewelry. After firing, each piece is burnished and polished, and a patina is applied to enhance details. Lightweight copper pendant on an 18″ sterling silver chain.
Note: Copper does tarnish more quickly than other metals when in contact with the skin. The artist suggests keeping copper bright and shiny by gently scrubbing with a wire brush.
