Special thanks to our event sponsors! Please view our 2025 Annual Sponsors here.

Please note that filling out the RSVP form online lets us know you are planning to attend Member Appreciation Day, but does not mean you have signed up for a Crane City tour.

Tours of Crane City are first-come, first-served and require in-person registration the day of the event. You can register for a tour near the George Archibald Welcome Center when you arrive on Saturday. Plan to arrive early and sign up right away to secure your spot. To minimize stress on our cranes, these tours have a limited capacity and will sell out. Your understanding is appreciated. If you reserve a spot on a later tour, you are welcome to leave the event and return closer to your tour time. You do not need to stay all day.

Crane City tours require you to walk and stand on gravel and grass. Limited seating will be available during the tour. Golf cart shuttles will be available to take you from our administration parking lot to the gated entrance of crane city. International Crane Foundation mobility scooters are not permitted on the tour, but you may bring your own.

We have several other behind-the-scenes opportunities that do not require registration and will not sell out. If you miss a tour of Crane City, please check out our Sandhill Crane Exhibit open house and our Veterinary Clinic and Crane Care Unit open houses.

Please call 608-356-9462 ext. 807 with any questions.
