Yampa Valley Crane Festival

The 14th annual Yampa Valley Crane Festival will be held from Aug. 28 – 31, 2025, in Northwest Colorado. Presented by the Colorado Crane Conservation Coalition, the festival offers a wide range of activities, including guided crane viewings, bird walks, a live raptor demonstration, workshops, documentary screenings, family and children’s activities, and presentations by expert speakers. The 2025 keynote speaker is Dr. George Archibald, Co-Founder of the International Crane Foundation. Learn more about the festival here.
