Guided Whooping Crane Tours at Horicon Marsh

We are teaming up with staff from the Horicon National Wildlife Refuge to co-lead Whooping Crane tours through the summer and fall on July 13, August 10, September 14, October 12 and November 9 from 9 – 10 a.m.

Please meet at the parking lot for the Egret Trail on the Autoloop at Horicon National Wildlife Refuge. The trail is located on the northwest side of the refuge – view a map of the refuge here. During this walking tour, we will discuss the history and management at the refuge, the work the International Crane Foundation is doing to conserve Whooping Cranes at Horicon Marsh and throughout Wisconsin, and offer guests opportunities to ask questions and view the cranes.
